Welcome to our new website!
We will keep this first issue short and sweet as we get used to this new program.
§ We have had a lot of salesmen leaving flyers on doors. If you see someone doing this please feel
free to call the police. We, of course, will continue to get them off the property if we see them but
this is usually happening in the evenings.
§ If you need service or delivery people to have access to your apartment, for your safety, please
drop us a note with your signature authorizing us to let them have the key.
§ The pool rules posted in the pool/hot tub area are there for your safety and to ensure the enjoyment
of the area by all residents. Please abide by them.
§ Remember if you refer someone and they move in, you get $75.00 off of one month's rent!
